Whilst we protect your sensitive information online by using encryption, we also take steps to protect you offline. Only certain employees who require your information to complete a task such as customer service or billing shall be granted access to information that is personally identifiable. The servers and computers in which your personally identifiable information is stored is protected in a secure environment.
To successfully register on this site a user is required to complete the online registration form and is also required to provide certain information such as name and email address. We will use this information to contact you in regards to the services/products you have enquired about. There is also an option to provide more information in regards to gender or age however you are under no obligation at this stage to provide it.
When buying from us we require information from you on our order form, you must provide certain information such as name, email address, financial information including card number and expiration date. The information provided is used for billing purposes and to fulfil your order, we may also use this information to contact you if we have trouble processing your order.

We shall not be held responsible for the privacy policies or content on sites that we do not control. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability:
- As permitted by law and subject to paragraph (D) below we exclude and shall not be liable for any damages(s), loss and liability regardless of whether caused by our negligence or not for any/all wasted time, all lost profits, opportunities, corruption/loss of data and goodwill and all of the consequential and all indirect and punitive loss arising in relation to or from the use of this site and/or the serviced provided through it or information on it whatsoever arising in tort (including negligence, contract, statute or otherwise even if we had been made aware or it was reasonably foreseeable of the possibility of such liability/loss/damage(s).

Once you have submitted payment, you will be contacted within an allotted time for your initial consulation for your application. Once you have received your consultation we shall not and will not refund the service fee under any circumstances.
In the event that you request to cancel your application prior to being contacted for your consultation then we will refund your service fee. Once the process has been started we cannot and shall not refund.
When refunding service fees, we include any monies that are paid directly to us for processing your application however this unfortunately does not include any fees charged to you by a third party such as card processing fees incurred during the processing of your payment.
We always process refunds in GBP currency. Any exchange rate will be calculated and determined by your debit/credit card company and therefore we shall not and cannot take any responsibility for any fluctuation in refund amounts based on the changes in the exchange rate or fees charged by your card provider.
Any refunds processed shall be credited to the original card used for purchase. The reason for this is to prevent theft, loss, fraud and for your security. When requesting a refund from us you are required to contact us via email with the below information:
- Full name;
- Reason for requesting a refund;
- Email address associated with the original purchase;
- The last four (4) digits of the credit card used to make the purchase.
Typically, your debit/credit card will be credited within 24 hours. Once your bank accepts your refund you should see the refund within 3-5 working days on your statement.

Health: You should consult a doctor for the possibility of any required inoculations for travel as these can change at any time and it is your responsibility to check this prior to travelling. You should check the department of health leaflet “The Traveller’s Guide to Health” (T4) for any health requirements for your destination. You should accept it is your responsibility to follow any medical advice and obtain all relevant medication prior to travelling.
